We can register a domain name for your organization and provide secure 128 bit encryption for your web content or email viewing.

Our websites are based on security levels granted by you, the administrator. You have the flexibility of restricting the menus and frames that can be viewed by groups.

Most of the information is viewable by all, but requires the user to login before they can post news articles, vote on polls, etc. On the main page, viewers can read news articles and review previous articles. “Anonymous” users have a limited access to the website and its content.

User Registration - Viewers of the website can easily register on the website right from the main screen.

Administrative Consol- You, the administrator, have the flexibility to modify the website to meet your needs. You can view the member list, website statistics, which websites referred viewers to your site, and permissions for viewing the different modules. The Administration Menu is the main interface used by Administrators to control the website.

Add Story – News articles to publish on the website

Admin Messages – Displays messages to: All users, Subscribed users, Non-subscribed users or Administrators only.

Blocks – Placement of the different sections of the website (i.e. calendar, polls, etc).

Censor – Omits certain works which might be considered offensive from the website.

Downloads – The different categories for which downloads are present.

Groups – The groups where users will be placed.

Mail Users – Allows email to be sent to an individual subscriber or to a particular group.

Modules – Controls the different modules that can be used on the website.

Permissions – Sets the access permission for groups to view the modules of the website.

Polls – Defines the topics for users to vote on.

Ratings – Defines the rating system for users voting on the different sections of the website.

Reviews – Users can write publication reviews on the website.

Settings – The core settings of the website: Title, Color, Contact, etc.

Submit News – Email address where all news submissions will be sent for approval.

Topics – Names associated with the different News Articles (currently displayed as subdivisions).

User Administration – Displays all users. The administrator can send a private message to an individual user (that they see when they log in), update their personal information or change their password.

Web Links – Add/Change the web links that might be of interest for the users.

Finally, the administrator can view vital statistics regarding the operating systems used, web browsers, times, dates, etc.

Email can be forwarded to an individuals existing account (i.e. Yahoo, SBCGLOBAL, AOL, etc) or retrieved via Outlook, Outlook Express or web mail.

You have total control over the email accounts for your domain. You can add accounts, reset passwords and create Alias’ with ease.

After a news article or poll has been published, the residents can provide their comments to the topic. The administrator can then review these comments and decide if they should be viewable to other subscribers on the site.

Knowing that there are a lot of people who do not have the knowledge to maintain a website, your website administrator can be anyone you choose, and you may have as many website administrators as you wish. As long as they know how to work a mouse and keyboard, they can maintain your site. It's that easy.
